Inn Policies

  • We try our best to accomodate all requests, however we reserve the right to alter room assignments if necessary.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required for advance reservations.
  • Call for special events policies.
  • 14 day cancellation policy: If you cancel prior to the last 14 days before your stay we will refund the entire deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the last 14 days we will keep the deposit.
  • Check in is between 2-4 pm, check out must be done by 11am.
  • Rates posted are for occupancy of either one or two guests only. Additional guests cost extra.
  • To ensure a pleasant environment to all present and future guests; Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms.
  • Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed.
