Deluxe King Room

Spacious tropical rooms upstairs in the mansion with the ability to accommodate up to four people. These rooms have a king size bed, a kitchenette, table and chairs, and a day bed (which can make into 2 twins or a king). The private bathroom has full bathtub with shower. The kitchenette has a granite countertop with sink and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishes and silverware.

Amenities include:  Air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and free wireless internet.  Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available on request.  Each room has beach towels for taking to the beach or pool.

Private Cottage

This lovely private cottage features a king size bed, a kitchenette, small table and chairs, cozy sitting area, and luxurious private bath. The kitchenette with granite countertop includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, and sink. There is a private outdoor area surrounded by lush tropical gardens. This cottage is excellent for that romantic getaway, anniversary, or honeymoon.

Reservation Policies

Rates may be higher during holidays and special events.

Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. There is a $20 charge for each extra persons per night. Rates do not include sales tax. Rates may be higher for weekends, holidays and special events. Please call for rates. A minimum stay may be required for weekends, holidays and special events. Please note that pets are not allowed, service dogs are gladly accepted.

50% deposit required on all reservations. Balance of payment in full is required upon check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash or Travelers Checks. No refund for early departures. Cancellations are required 14 days in advance (more for holidays and special events.) There is a 15% handling fee on reservations with 14 days notice. Without the 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check-in time is between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m or later by prior arrangement. Check-out time is always 11:00 a.m.
